Taebo Junior For Kids
Taebo is one kind of art that is similar to martial arts or aerobics, which uses the combination of dance steps, music and other fitness exercising methods into a single systematic unit. Taebo means total awareness excellence body awareness. Founder of this art is Billy Banks in the year 1989. It uses the similar punches and kicks as that of karate but not meant for fighting. Cardio fitness, muscular strength and flexibility are some gifts of Taebo.

This fitness program is mainly for 4 to 14 years aged kids. It is 30 minutes version of video. It features on licks, squats, and punches with songs such as Superstar, and Believe. The steps are easy to follow and are not scaring. Parents and kids are preferred to get suggestions from Taebo Instructions available with it. Kids may warm up before and cool down after the exercise easily as it doesn’t take much time and easy steps. Billy has given key points to keep a kid safe and to encourage the kid frequently.
