You can also learn any number of ways to enhance your mental health from the thousands upon thousands of books that are available on the subject. These books are available at your local library, from your local bookstore and these books on mental health are available by the score on the internet.
Your mental health is vital to your quality of life. So rather than take an passive attitude towards your mental health, take an active interest in your mental health and continue to study, learn and grow. It will really help your mental health.
