Types Of Depression
The depression is the state of the mind of a person which undergoes serious changes. The cause of this is the nervous breakdown which pressurizes the ailing person and then he/she is unable to control their mind and actions at that particular moment. They cause different types of depressions and which can be categorized simply by making the different features distinct in its course. So these depressions are differentiated at certain levels of the life which a person comes across. At the very basic stage a person is unable to look after himself and then he or she suffers from the physical pain. With such pains the results may be dangerous which can cost him his life.
Types of depression
The different types of depression are categorized below accompanied with its features:
Major depression or clinical depression: This is mainly found in most of the persons whose level of the stress increases drastically. He or she feels disinterested in the work and then cannot carry the weight on their shoulders. So they feel the way towards the success is unachievable and thus the thinking process leads to negation.
Atypical depression: the variation of the depression is found in this state of mind. He is unable to do any type of work and lags behind where he misses out all his opportunities. He cannot experience his agony and mental pain and then the results are followed with oversleeping and weight gain.
Psychotic depression: With the increase in the level of depression the persons’ controlling and managing level decreases. And at last he gets frustrated. It results in the hallucination and schizophrenia.
Dysthymia: The melancholy mood of the person at this point of time is irresistible and he is not able to control his mental agony. The shifts of the mind of the person undergo a tremendous change.
Manic depression: When the person is burdened with too much of work then he or she suffers from anxiety, impatient, irresistible, etc. and their mood changes drastically. They undergo intolerable metal pain. They cannot achieve the state of relaxation.
All these types of nervous breakdowns can be countered if one takes proper care and consults a doctor even when the most minor of symptoms is observed. These variegated types of breakdowns can be avoided by undertaking specific treatment.
